DELIVERY

Your orders will be shipped out within 2 working days upon payment verification.

Shipment is done via Turpex, fastest Turkish Air Delivery Company which has agreement with DHL.

RETURN POLICY

We are doing our best for zero return and zero exchange. In any case,

you may return any items within 14 days after you received in the following 2 simple steps.

On the invoice or on the copy of invoice:

Write down RETURN next to products you want to return.

And send to the shipment address on the invoice via any shipment method you prefer.

After receiving your items, your credit card or bank account will be repaid within 3 days.
