My Passage,

I’ve always crossed bridges, my childhood amongst maple trees in Canada  to my settled life in Turkey. From my crazy travelling days and corporate job to my relaxed life with family..

This time I set up my own bridge, now crossing back and forth. This is both a road and a spiritual passage for me.

This is a treefull road which I come and go between the heclicness of my urban life and the tranquility of tiny farmhouse, And at the same time, it is a bridge between my childhood memories and future dreams for my children.

The trips to our tiny house, at our weekend days, has inspired my Bridge Collection. All the designs being timeless and contemporary, I owe to this road which I travel between past and future.

My designing adventure starts with Maya and Mila, my twin daughters. When they turned two year old I was obsessed with finding them basic and comfortable items. As you have noticed I love black and grays, and natural colors. The girls have turned 6.5 and they love all colors in nature. They are fond of all tones of green and blues. Since then I have added these colors to options.

The girls have become important decision makers when working on my designs. Maya chooses the fabrics, she is so so picky and only approves the softest material. Mila does the testing as she’s active and points out details to make it more comfortable. They also like to decide whether they want pockets and accessories and where they want them. They are both active players in our team.

With love from Gul, Maya, Mila.
